EMOM for 12 mins rotate through:

  • 150 m row / ski
  • HS Walk / progressions

  • 100 Double unders / 200 Singles (check in)
  • In the remaining time AMRAP:
  • 10 Toes to bar
  • 20 STOH @ 40/30KG
  • 10 Alt leg front rack lunges @  40/30kg
