For 5 mins EMOM: 

  •  7 Ring Dips

 

WOD 2

 

A split class 8 min AMRAP:

  • 5 Back Squats @ 130 / 90kg
  • 13 Kettle Bell Swings @ 24 / 20kg
  • 2 mins rest / swap 
  • 13 Front Squats @ 50 / 35kg
  • 5 Box Jump Burpees
