WOD 1

With a time cap of 12 mins:

Mobility

  • 3 Power Clean & push press at 70 / 45 kg (speed work in the clean & max power in the press)
  • Ring complex (2 Skin the cats – 2 toes through rings – 2 pull ups) do not drop off the rings, the complex is unbroken
  • 20 Ab Mat sit ups




WOD 2

An 18 min AMRAP of:

  • 8 Push press @ 70 / 47.5kg (No racks)

  • 7 Toes to Bar
  • 6 Bar push ups (Both hands must touch the middle knurling, sumo style)
  • 5 Pull ups
