* Power or Squat Snatch to start

In pairs complete as many reps in the time frames of:

  • 1 Min Hang power snatch @ 50 / 35kg
  • 2 Mins OH Squats @ 50 / 30kg
  • 3 Mins STOH @ 50 /35kg
  • 4 Mins of Front Squats

 * Score max reps

* Any change over allowed, as long as 50% work each
