  • 3-5 Eccentric Toes To Bar

Mobility/Warm Up:

  • Clean & Jerk Tekkers

 

 

Barbell Club: Wk 2 Sess 1

  • Back Squat – 5RM then -5% and -10% for 5
  • Hang Snatch from the hip 3RM then -5% and -10% for 3 reps
  • Press 5 x 5 -10% of previous weeks RM
  • Straddle reverse leg lift – 4 x max sets

Open Workout 15.1: 9 Min AMRAP:

  • 15 Toes To Bar
  • 10 Deadlifts @ 52.5 / 35kg
  • 5 Snatches @ 52.5 / 35kg
  • Then in 6 mins, 15.1a:
  • 1 Rep Max Clean & Jerk

*score = amrap from 15.1 and max weight from 15.2
