WOD 1

Mobility

In 15 mins in pairs rounds of:

  • 10 Wall ball throws @ 12ft
  • 10 Pull ups each
  • 100m Firemans carry between pair
  • 100m run each

 

 

WOD 2

In pairs a 13 min AMRAP of :

  • 20 Clean & jerks @ 60 / 40kg
  • Run 200m

* 50% work each on the C&J

* Both run 200m

* As soon as one is in from the run you can start C&J
