MOTM: EMOM for 5 mins:

  • 5 High hang to squat / power snatch – Increase weight from last week

In 10 mins HSPU tekkers:

 

Barbell Club

  • Max Out Front Squat
  • Max Out Snatch
  • Max Out Press
  • Banded Pull Aparts – 60 Repetitions

 

 

 

WOD 2

EMOM for 13 mins:

  • 3 HSPUs / Scales
  • In remaining time max effort air squats – Use the wall if you have forward lean!
