5 x Weightlifting 101 Overhead Squat Complex

 

Barbell Club: week 6 session 1

  • Front squat 6 x 2 @ 80%
  • Snatch – work to a heavy single then complete 5 x 1 with no misses
  • Push Press EMOM, 5 mins, 4 reps, heavier than previous week

 

WOD 2

EMOM for 15 mins:

  • 1 Complex of: Clean, Front Squat, Back Squat, Overhead Squat @ 70/47.5kg
  • 3 Bar Over Vombees 😉
