In 10 mins work to a heavy complex of:

  • 1 Snatch
  • 3 Overhead Squat

WOD 2

 

DT 5 rounds for time:

  • 12 Deadlifts @ 70 / 50kg
  • 9 Hang Power Cleans @ 70 / 50kg
  • 6 Shoulder To Over Head @ 70 / 50kg
