WOD 1

Mobility

In 20 mins warm up and est: 

  • A 1 RM Strict press

* The 1RM is a training 1 rep max (TM), know the difference!

WOD 2

A 13 min AMRAP of:

  • 8 Push ups
  • 18 Double unders
  • 8 Push press @ max reps unbroken (cannot move on unless unbroken)
  • 8 Burpees
  • 8 GHDs

 * Lower your intensity
