EMOM for 5 mins

  • 3 – 5 Strict Pull Ups

Game – max hold with chin above the bar

EMOM for 10 mins:

  • 1 Snatch Grip Deadlift @ 50 / 35kg
  • 1 Power Snatch @ 50 / 35kg
  • 1 Hang Snatch @ 50 / 35kg
  • 1 Over Head Squat @ 50 / 35kg
