  • Min 1, 3 & 5 30 secs of plank

For 10 mins coaches clean tekkers:

  • 10 Deadlifts @ 70 / 45kg
  • 6 Hang cleans @ 70 / 45kg
  • 3 Jerks @ 70 / 45kg
