  • 21 Thrusters @ 40 / 30kg
  • 15 Stick Jumps Over Bar

4 rounds for  time:

  • 12 Deadlifts @ 70 / 45kg
  • 8 Front Squats @ 70 / 45kg
  • Run 200m
