WOD 1

 

In 20 mins:

  • Power / Squat Snatch Tekkers
  • Work To Heavy Snatch

*Not MAX, concentrate on form and make it look sweet!!!!!!!

WOD 2

 

In 15 mins complete:

  • 17 Snatch @ 60 / 40kg

In the remaining time an AMRAP:

  • 5 Front Squats @ 60 / 40kg
  • 5 STOH @ 60 / 40kg

*Snatch weight dictates the weight for the WOD, you can NOT change the weight
