Mobility

  • 10 Ring push ups




WOD 2

Complete 5 rounds of the following 5 min AMRAP with a strict 1min rest between rounds:



  • 7 Power cleans @ 90 / 50kg
  • 7 Chest to Bar pull ups
  • 7 Kettle Bell sings @ 32 / 24kg
  • 7 Toes 2 bar
