Mobility

 In 13 mins complete 4 rounds of:

  •  8 Burpees
  • 2 Muscle ups / 6 pull ups
  • In remaining time:
  • Est a 5RM Back squat

 

 

WOD 2

For 15 mins increment up the ladder:

  • 1 Squat clean @ 85 / 52.5kg + 1
  • 1 Back Squat @ 85 / 52.5kg + 1
  • 1 Muscle up / 1 Pull up & 1 Bar push up + 1
