WOD 1

Mobility & 5 mins of tekkers on cleans to back rack and drop

For 15 mins EMOM ladder body weight back squats:

  • 1st min 1
  • 2nd min 2
  • 3rd min 3
  • Continue for 15 mins

* If you cannot make the rep scheme you are out

* You can drop the bar and go again as many times in the min to complete the rep scheme

* Scale to ensure you make 10 mins min

 

 

 

 

WOD 2

A 13 min AMRAP of:

  • 1 Power clean @ 65 / 45kg
  • 5 Push press @ 65 / 45KG
  • 2 Split jerks @ 65 / 45kg
  • Run 200m

* Not a complex, but aim to try and achieve the bar work unbroken throughout
