WOD 1

MOTM: Double Unders

  • 5 mins double under practise

In 20 mins warm into and find:

  • 20 RM Back Squat

 

Barbell Wk 4 Sess 1:

  • Back Squat – 3RM then -5% and -10% for 5
  • Hang Snatch – 3RM then -5% and 10% for 3 reps
  • Press – 5 x 5 -10% of previous weeks 5RM
  • Straddle reverse leg lifts – 4 x max sets

 

 

WOD 2

EMOM 10 mins:

  • 10 Front Squats @ 20/15
  • 10 Bar Over Burpees
