WOD 1

Mobility

In 20 mins build to a 5 then 3 RM:

  • Overhead squat

* If you are not proficient in the OHS yet, then work to a 5/3 RM front squat and between sets work form with PVC pipe OH squat

 

 

 

 

WOD 2

EMOM for 12 mins:

  • Complete the following complex
  • 4 Hang power snatch
  • 3 OH Squats
  • 2 Back Squats

* RX 50 / 35Kg

* Coaches will teach the bar catch, from OH to back Sq
