WOD 1

MOTM: EMOM for 5 mins:

  • 3-5 eccentric toes to bar or in pairs 3 weighted bar rolls

Snatch Warm Up

In 10 mins:

  • Build to a heavy Squat / Power Snatch (focus on good technique)

 

 

Barbell Club: week 8 session 1

WOD 2

In 10 mins complete:

  • 1 min Snatch grip deadlifts @ 75/45kg
  • 2 mins SDLHP @ 75/45kg
  • 3 mins Overhead Squat @ 75/45kg
  • 4 mins of Squat Snatch / Power Snatch @ 75/45kg

*pick a weight you can hit heavy singles on the snatch with good form

* score = total reps

*GOOD FORM IS KEY
