WOD 1

With a time cap of 10 mins complete rounds of the following:

  • Mobiltity and stretch lower limb
  • Build to start weight on OH Squat




WOD 2

1-1-1-1-1 reps of:

  • Overhead Squat

  • Front Squat
  • Back Squat

Increase your weight on each and every rep throughout the 15 reps in total

21-15-9 reps of:

  • Box Jump burpees @ 30 / 24″

  • Kettle bell swings @ 24 / 20kg
