Coaches warm up game.

In pairs 2 rounds of tabata (8 mins) of:

  • Plank hold with kettlebell touch
  • Kettlebell  deadlifts @ 24/20
  • Kettlebell sumo deadlift high pull @ 24/20
  • Kettlebell swings @ 24/20

*Alternate 20 seconds with partner

P1 plank, P2 plank, P1 kettlebell, P2 kettlebell etc

For time complete: 27-21-15

  • Thrusters @42.5/30
  • Pull ups/ring rows
