WOD 1

Coaches warm up game

In pairs complete a 10 min amrap of:

  • 200m run together
  • max hollow hold
  • max push press @20/15

*p1 completes max rep push press until p2 can no longer hold hollow hold, then run together. Switch when you come back in.

*score = max reps push press

 

 

WOD 2

2 x 5 min amrap check in of:

amrap 1:

  • 20 double unders/ 40 single unders
  • 20 sumo deadlift high pull @42.5/30

amrap 2:

  • 15 squat jumps
  • 15 push ups

Then 3 rounds for time of:

  • 10 thrusters @ 42.5/30
  • 10 pull ups

*14 min cap

*score = reps/time (200/13:00)
