10 Plate GTOH

*Alt person working each min
*While one is working other holds plate overhead until partner finishers movements
*Next time round hold bottom of squat

EMOM for 16 Mins

MAX SDHP @ 40/30
MAX back squats @ 40/30
1 Min Rest

*Scale to a weight that allows you to go unbroken on movements
*Don’t go out too hard on the first round
