Coaches warm up

In pairs a 10 min AMRAP of:

  • 40 Plate  over jumps @ 25 / 15kg
  • 30 Down ups
  • 20 OH Lunges

* All movement are 1 for 1 with partner

WOD 2

 

In a 14 min window:

  • 50 Push press @ 35 / 20kg – 40KB Swing (check in)
  • In the remaining time AMRAP:
  • Run 200m
  • 21 Thrusters @ 35/20kg – Goblets squats
