WOD 1

2 rounds for time of
80 two foot plate jumps
60 ab mat sit ups
40 up down planks
20 thrusters @ 20/15

*1 work 1 rest
*break numbers how you like as long as its equal split
*partner must be holding plank position while other completes up down plank
*14 min cap

 

WOD 2

 

2 Rounds for time:

10 Deadlifts @ 60/40
20 HSPUs/Pike push ups/Push ups
30 Front squats @ 60/40

*12 min cap
