Coaches warm up game.

In pairs for time complete:

  • 32 plate GTOH
  • 32 OH plate lunges
  • 32 plate jump burpees

*while one person is working other person holds hollow hold

*reps don’t count if hollows not being held

*50/50 on reps

*8 min cap

 

WOD 2

13 min amrap of:

  • 20 deadlifts @60/40
  • 20 box jumps @ 24/20
  • 20 goblet squats @24/20
  • 200m run
