  • 40 Hand release push ups
  • 60 Air Squats
  • Ski 500m
Complete in order, split movements between pair as you see fit




WOD 2

A Sam Briggs WOD of:

21-15-9:

  • Muscle ups / 2 pull ups & 2 ring dips per Muscle up

  • Squat snatches @ 60 / 40 kg
