Coaches game!

In pairs 2 x 4 min AMRAPs of:

  • Max reps push press @ 60 / 40kg
  • Max reps toes to bar / knees to waist

* To score on the push press, partner must be hanging hanging from the rig

*To score the toes to bar, partner must hold barbell overhead

WOD 2

A rebound chipper of:

  • 50 Plate jumps @ 25 / 20kg
  • 40 Air squats
  • 30 Plate GTOH @ 25 / 20kg
  • 20 Ab-Mat sits
  • 10 HR push ups
  • 50 Plate squats
