Mobility

With a time cap of 10 mins complete rounds of the following:

  • 10 Squats snatch @ 20 / 15kg
  • 2 Muscle up
  • 12 DUs
  • 1 HS walk
  • Run 200m




WOD 2

For the overall time:

Complete 1 round of:

  • 22 snatches @ 70 / 45kg

Complete 2 rounds of:

  • 32 Pull ups
  • 42 Double unders
WOD has a running clock, as soon as you complete your snatches you can move into the couplet

time cap of 23 mins
