Coaches warm up game.

In pairs 2 rounds of tabata (8 mins) of:

  • Plate deadlift @20/15
  • Plate press @ 20/15
  • GTOH @ 20/15
  • Plate hold (in front of face) @ 20/15

*both complete movement before going onto the next

 

WOD 2

10 min amrap of:

  • 10 box step ups @ 24/20
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 box jumps
  • 10 pull ups
  • 20 air squats
