WOD 1

Mobility

Alt EMOM for 10 mins:

  • 15 Wall balls
  • 28ft Single arm OH KB walk, change arms and return @ 32 / 24kg

* Class split one group WB, one OH walk

* Must be able to complete walk unbroken

 

 

WOD 2

E3MO3M for 12 mins, in any order: 

  • 20 Wallballs
  • 17 SDLHP @ 30 / 20kg
  • 15 Box Jumps @ 24 / 20″

* Rest in any remaining time

* Clear knees only if using bar on SDLHP

* Reduce all movement x 3 if you cannot make the caps
