*alternate rounds with partners
*while one works other holds bottom of a squat with 16/12 kg KB

WOD 2

12 Min AMRAP of:
9 Deadlifts @ 42.5/30 COMP=50/35
6 Bar over Burpees
3 Power Cleans @ 42.5/30 COMP=50/35 TASTERS=SDHP
*aim for a round per minute… or more
