WOD 1

Coaches warm up/ game

In pairs EMOM for 6 mins:

  • Max plate GTOH @ 20/15

then EMOM for 6 mins:

  • Max plate squats @ 20/15

*score = max reps

*while one works the other must be holding their plate with a pinch grip at all times, if you drop the plate the partners reps don’t count until the plate is picked back up

WOD 2

12 minute AMRAP of:

  • 8 bar over burpees
  • 10 deadlifts @ 50/35
  • 8 bar over burpees
  • 10 stoh @ 50/35
