In pairs complete ‘Chelsea’:

EMOM for 30 mins:

  • 5 pull ups
  • 10 push ups
  • 15 air squats

*1 work/ 1 rest

*every minute change partners

* when you can’t make a round that is your score, then amrap the remaining time

*scale reps if needed
