15 wall balls @ 20/14
15 ab mat sit ups

*16 min cap
*scale to keep the wall balls unbroken
*Alternate movements with partner
i.e. P1 run, P2 WBs, P1 AB, P2 Run etc

WOD 2

For time:

21-15-9
Shoulder to overhead @ 60/40
Chest to bar pull ups

*8 min cap
*No more than 1 break per movement!
