WOD 1

With a time cap of 12 mins complete rounds of the following



      • Cindy
  • Run 200m

WOD 2

With a rolling clock complete 4 rounds of:

  • Deadlift 80 / 60kg
  • Wall climbs
  • Air Squats
  • Turkish get ups @ 24 / 20kg
  • Double Unders

Complete as many reps as possible of each of the 5 movements. Spend 1 min on each movement with 30 secs rest between changover and 1 min rest at the completion of the round
