Core routine – 3 Rounds of:

  • 5 Strict pull ups
  • 15-20-25 Hollow rocks
  • Waiter walks or Overhead walks for advanced

E2MO2M for 12 mins:

  • 6-8-10 KB Sumo DL high pulls @ 32 / 24kg
  • 6-8-10 Burpees
  • 6-8-10 Pull ups / Ring rows

* Reps are beginner / Intermediate / Advanced, scale to ensure at least 20 secs rest in your first round
