WOD 1

Coaches warm up game.

In pairs E3MO3M for 12 mins rotate through the movements:

1st & 3rd 3 mins:

  • 200m run together then max syncro plate gtoh 25/20

2nd & 4th 3 mins:

  • 200m run together then max syncro plate front squat 25/20

 

WOD 2

In 11 mins: 3 x 3 min amrap of:

  • 3 bar over burpees
  • 6 thrusters @ 40/30
  • 9 KB swings 32/24

*1 min rest between amraps

*carry on from where you finished on amrap before

*score = total amount of rounds
