Mobility

In 12 mins complete 10 Rounds in pairs of:

  • 6 Power Snatch @ 45 / 30kg
  • 30 Bar over Jumps

* You can only work & count reps as long as your partner is in a hollow hold

 

WOD 2

 

A 15 min AMRAP in pairs of:

  • 10 Plate Ground 2 OH @ 20 15kg
  • 10 OH Plate lunge @ 20 / 15kg
  • 10 Plate Jumps Burpees

* Only 1 person works at a time

* Must complete 1 full round before you can switch partners
