‘FMS’ FITNESS TESTING #1  EMOM for as long as possible:
5 Push Press @ 35/25 C=42.5/30
6 TTB  *6 Ab Mats
7 Thrusters @ 35/25 C=42.5/30
*15 Min Cap
*Pick a weight/scale reps to achieve unbroken movements
*Should be looking at getting 10-15 secs rest each round
