WOD 1

In pairs 10 min am rap of:

10 distracted wheel barrows
10 leg throws
10 wall ball sit up + toss

*Alt partner working each round

WOD 2

15 min Amrap of:

20 pistols/Lunges
20 bent over rows @ 42.5/30
20 ab mat sit ups
20 Sumo deadlift high pulls @ 42.5

*score= rounds

Additional Work

10 mins after class

3 rounds of:
15 bar facing burpee
15 STOH @ 60/42.5

*5 min cap
Rest 5 mins

3 rounds for quality of:
25 ring push ups

*Unbroken sets, scale if needed
