  • Overhead Plate Lunges @ 25 / 20kg
  • Down & Ups with Plate Jump @ 25 / 20kg
  • Air Squat Hold

WOD 2

 

In 12 mins complete:

  • 50 Thrusters @ 20 / 15kg (Check In)

In the remaining time AMRAP:

  • 200m Run
  • 7 Push Ups
  • 7 Ab Mat Sit Ups
  • 7 Thrusters @ 20 / 15kg
