WOD 1

In pairs 3 x 3min AMRAP:

  • 3 mins to complete as many syncro push ups to ab mat as possible
  • 3 mins to complete as many syncro pulls ups / ring rows as possible
  • 3 mins to complete as many syncro air squats as possible

*1 min rest between each AMRAP

 

WOD 2

3 rounds for time:

  • 200m Run
  • 30 Box Jumps @ 24 / 20″
  • 30 Push Press @ 30 / 20kg

*14 min time cap
