WOD 1

Coaches warm up/ game

In pairs complete 2 rounds of tabata (8 mins):

  • Sprawlers
  • Tuck jumps
  • Mountain climbers
  • Kettlebell swings

*1 person works for the full 20 seconds then switch next 20 seconds. Both complete the movement before moving on

WOD 2

12 minute incremental ladder of:

  • 3 burpees + 3
  • 3 box jumps + 3
  • 3 push ups + 3
  • 200m run
