With a time cap of 11mins complete rounds of:

  • 7 pull ups
  • 3 dead lifts @ body wieght (max speed)
  • 3 HSPUs




WOD 2

10 rounds for time of :

  • 2 Squat snatch @ 75 / 50 kg
  • 25 Double unders
  • Run 100m
WOD has a strict 25 min time cap
