WOD 1

With a time cap of 15 mins complete rounds of the following


  • Run 200m
  • 1 Deadlift increasing to 1RM
  • 5 Ring dips / 10 Sec hold



WOD 2

2 rounds for the time of :


  • 25 Back Squats 120 / 80kg
  • 50 Hand release push ups
  • 35 Pull Ups
