WU WOD: In pairs 10 min AMRAP:

  • 1 Length Broad Jump
  • 5 Air Squat
  • 1 Length Frankenstein Walk
  • 5 Down & Ups

WOD 1: EMOM for 8 mins:

  • 6 Russian Kettle Bell Swings @ 24 / 20kg

WOD 2: 10 min AMRAP:

  • 15 Plate GTOH @ 25 / 15kg
  • 15 HR Push ups
  • 15 Plate Squats @ 25 / 15 kg
  • 15 Down ups

* If you do not have 10 strict push ups, scale the push ups from 15 to 10 per round
