In pairs a 10 min AMRAP of:

  • 5 Down Ups
  • 10 KB Swings
  • 15 Air Squat

  • 200m Run Check In
  • 10 Plate GTOH @ 25 / 15kg
  • 5 Ab Mat Sit Ups

7 min AMRAP of:

  • 200m Run Check In
  • 10 Front Squats with plate @ 25 / 15kg
  • 5 Burpees
