WOD 1

Coaches warm up game.

In pairs in 10 mins you go I go of:

  • 100m run
  • 5 star jumps
  • 10 jumping lunges
  • 15 mountain climbers

*p1 completes a full round and then p2 and so on.

 

WOD 2

10 min amrap of

  • 10 alternate KB box step up @24/20″
  • 15 unbroken KB swings @32/24
  • 15 air squats
